Badger Setts

Following complaint: Acolaid Case COMP/25/00012

I know where the badgers sett(s) are. They are on the land owned by the applicant as far as I am aware. The badgers come into my garden from this land, so I presume that to be the case.

Please let me have all the information that you have showing what investigation was undertaken with regard to the badgers at the time of the 2011 application.

You stated in your previous email that there were no badgers setts so I presume that there was an investigation by someone and that this investigation was recorded.

The 2011 application relates to No. 11 Hornbeam Heights, and the application site within that application is part of a larger major application in 1976 (HS/FA/76/00489). The original 1976 application contains no ecology information or relevant conditions, however one application to vary that consent, in 2008 (HS/FA/08/00861) contains the relevant ecology reports.
