I am writing a request information about Low Traffic Neighbourhoods:

1. Please provide a full list of LTNs and a map of the areas covered in March 2020 and March 2025.

2. Please can you provide the number of Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in your authority for the calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025?

3. Please can you provide the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for breaching Low Traffic Neighbourhood rules for the calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and year-to-date in 2025.

4. Please can you provide the total value of money raised from Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for breaching Low Traffic Neighbourhood rules for the calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and year-to-date in 2025.

5. Please provide the area of the Low Traffic Neighbourhood where the most fines were issued in the calendar year 2024.
