I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please provide the following details:

1. The oath of office taken by the following individuals:

a. The current Mayor

b. The Chief Financial Officer

c. The councillors for the municipality

2. The name of the insurer providing public liability insurance for the council town.

3. The policy number associated with your public liability insurance.

1c. Hastings Borough Council holds all 32 councillors' declarations. These are the same format as 1a. However, these will all need to be photocopied and scanned. Should you wish to receive a copy we will issue a fee's notice, the current charge is 10p per A4 sheet.
