Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

The monetary charge of a fixed penalty notice for residents disposing of contaminated recycling located in Hastings Borough Council area.

I would like you to provide this information in the format of a statistics table if possible.

Response

Hastings Borough Council does not charge residents for disposing of contaminated recycling, the bin is simply not collected.
