I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following details relating to your Council Tax bills:

1. How many electronic bills (that is, bills that were not physically printed) were produced at annual billing for the years:

a. 2025/26

b. 2024/25

2. If you did not produce or send electronic bills, and rather sent notifications, how many electronic bills were retrieved from your online portal?

2. Information not held. Functionality to allow gathering data of how many bills are retrieved from the portal is not available on the service. There is no requirement to hold this data.
