b. Details of any financial arrangements, grants, or shared resources between Hastings Borough Council and BHT Sussex.

2. Policies on Conflict of Interest

a. Copies of any policies, guidelines, or procedures that set out how Hastings Borough Council ensures impartiality when investigating complaints involving partner agencies.

b. Any policies outlining how conflicts of interest are identified and managed in cases where the council investigates housing association properties.
