I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. A list of all social housing properties owned by your Council that have been sold within the last 36 months.

For each property sold, please provide:

a. The address of the property (separated into the number of the property, the road its on and its full postcode).

b. The date of the sale.

c. The type of property (house or flat - please use H for house and F for flat).

d. The price it was sold for and the discount given on the sale (not as a percentage but as a quantity of GBP).

e. Whether it was sold through Right to Buy or via another process (put a Y in the column for yes and N for no).

Please provide this information in a spreadsheet format (Excel or CSV) if possible.

I have attached a spreadsheet with the formatting. Please use that to fill in your response.

Hastings Borough Council completed a large scale voluntary transfer of its housing stock in 1996 and now only has a relatively small portfolio of social housing.

No social housing properties have been sold within the last 36 months.
