Social Housing Stock Sales

I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. A list of all social housing properties owned by your Council that have been sold within the last 12 months.

For each property sold, please provide:

a. The address of the property.

b. The date of the sale.

c. The type of property (for example, house, flat, and so on).

d. Whether it was sold through Right to Buy or via another process.

Please provide this information in a spreadsheet format (Excel or CSV) if possible.

If possible, please separate the postcode and house numbers/names in different columns of the spreadsheet.

I am also able to accept database formats (for example MongoDB, MySQL, SQL workbench, Postgres and any other.

Hastings Borough Council only has a small portfolio of social housing which has recently been acquired. It has not sold any social housing in the last 12 months.
