November business rates credits

Please can you email me a list of November or Q2 (most current) business rates credits you currently hold for businesses including:

1. The company name for whom the credit exists

2. The start date of the business rates account

3. The full property address of the property with the credit on

4. The date/year of when the credit was create

5. The full amount of credit you hold for the business

6. The reason for the credit (for example, retail relief, overpayment)

Response

Please find attached the requested information.

We do not have an indicator for the reason for the credit, but it will most likely be the ending of liability, a reduction in rateable value, or the award of a discount/relief.
