I am writing to make an Environmental Information Regulation request.

My request is related to inspections of housing in your local authority using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

For each year from 1st January 2019 to 1st June 2024 (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024), I would like details of all:

• Hazard awareness notices

• Improvement notices

• Prohibition orders

• Emergency remedial action notices

• Demolition orders

for any of the following issues:

• Lead

• Damp and mould growth

• Excess cold

Please include the following for each instance:

1. The name of the party being issued the notice or order

2. The date the notice or order was issued

3. Details of issues found (for example, whether the notice relates to lead paint or lead pipes

I would like the information provided in an Excel-friendly format.
