I would like to request the following information in regard to The Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015, which implemented Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).

Since 2018 has the local authority undertaken:

1. Any enforcement proceedings.

2. Prosecuted anyone for non-compliance.

If the answer to either of the above requests is 'yes', then please detail the number of times for each with the relevant dates of issuance.
