Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information: 

1.  Can you please provide me with the names and contact details of the following individuals working for the council:

a) Section 151 Officer

b) Financial Director/Chief Financial Officer

c) Chief Executive Officer Monitoring Officer

d) Head of Revenue

e) Head of legal Services/Senior Legal Council Executive/Chief Legal Officer

f) Information Governance Manager/Data Protection Officer/Senior Data Controller

2. Please can you confirm the following information on Hastings Borough Council 

a) Dunn and Bradstreet number

b) VAT number

c) Companies House registration number

d) ICO number

3. Can you confirm whether council tax payments get paid directly to the council or do they go into the government's Consolidated Fund? 

4. Finally, can you please provide me the following information:

a) A copy of Hastings Borough Council expenditure statement for 2022 - 2023.  I would like the full transactional list of all of the expenses paid by the council shown as itemised proof in pounds (£s) as to where all the annual council tax is being spent. 

b) I would like to know how much of my council tax finds directly go to the Police Service, Ambulance Service, Waste Collection, Roads, Schools and other services.

c) If the above services are being funded I would like to know the percentage of each.
