For the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024, we require disclosure of:

1. The grid Electricity kwh's consumed and the £-value spent (excluding VAT).

2. The natural Gas kwh's consumed and the £-value spent (excluding VAT).

Please be advised that some of our sites are on quarterly bills, so the information below is not for the complete financial year as we have not had every bill in, but the outstanding sites make up a small percentage of the portfolio so these figures will not be significantly different:

1. The grid Electricity kwh's consumed and the £-value spent (excluding VAT) - 1,036,227 kWh, £686,429.90

2. The natural Gas kwh's consumed and the £-value spent (excluding VAT) - 1,293,729 kWh, £214,394.21
