Geotechnical Surveys - 111-115 West Hill Road and Caves Road

I am trying to find geotechnical surveys (or information HBC holds about them) regarding land stability and associated matters on the land between 111-115 West Hill Road TN38 0NF and Caves Road TN38 0BY.

I believe surveys were carried out between the years 2000 and 2016.

I would also like to have any information of any type, interdepartmentally or otherwise from departments such as planning, environmental health, building control, and so on, regarding land suitability for housing/other development in the same area, again between 2000 and 2016.

This could be in the form of reports, inspections and such like.

The building surveying team has not instigated any geotechnical surveys in this area since the current post holders took up their positions in late 2008, and are not aware of any records of any such surveys having been carried out prior to this date.
