Can you tell me under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. how much the council has paid in landfill tax over the last five years, broken down per year from 2020 inclusive.

2. including a breakdown of how much is paid for the disposal of rubbish fly-tipped on council land.

As a Waste Collection Authority, Hastings Borough Council is not responsible for the disposal of waste. This function sits with East Sussex County Council, please visit their website for further information:
