Under the FOI Act I request:

1. The name of each Monitoring Officer for the Authority since 01.01.2019. Kindly also provide the dates they were in post and any other roles they held within the Authority (before, during and after).

2. The name of each Deputy Monitoring Officer for the Authority since 01.01.2019. Kindly also provide the dates they were in post and any other roles they held within the Authority (before, during and after).

3. Please provide the date of every report made by the Monitoring Officer under Section 5 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.

4. Please provide a copy of each report made by the Monitoring Officer under Section 5 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.

5. The name of each Director of Children's Services for the Authority since 01.01.2019. Kindly also provide the dates they were in post and any other roles they held within the Authority (before, during and after).

6. The name of each Lead Member for Children's Services for the Authority since 01.01.2019. Kindly also provide the dates they were in post and any other roles they held within the Authority (before, during and after).

If you Authority has combined with, or separated from, other Authorities during this period please can you either provide the information for those or else provide the information as to where that information may be requested from.

Response

1. Christine Barkshire-Jones, Monitoring Officer until 10th February 2021 (No information held in respect of date of appointment).

Mary Kilner, Monitoring Officer since 10th February 2021.

Both held the role of Chief Legal Officer at the same time as being the Council's Monitoring Officer.

2. Kirsty Cameron, Deputy Monitoring Officer until 23rd November 2022. (No information held in respect of date of appointment) Also held the role of Principal Lawyer.

No Deputy Monitoring Officers have been appointed since this date.
