I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act. Please can you provide the following:

1. The names and locations of all private foster care or children's homes providers the council has contracted in the following financial years: 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24.

2. Please provide the amount the council has paid to each provider in each year.

3. Please provide the highest cost placement for each provider in each year.
