I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following in relation to your trading standards department.

1. How much money has been spent in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 so far (please state the month you have gone up to), on testing vapes for compliance with UK laws? Please break this down by year and say the company you used for compliance testing if you can.

2. How many illegal vapes have been seized by trading standards in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 so far (please state the month you have gone up to)? Please break this information down by year.
