Litter Bin GPS Co-ordinates

I am working on a project to encourage use of litter bins and am writing to request the GPS co-ordinates of all the Litter Bins in the Hastings Borough Council area.

Please could this data be made available in an excel/spreadsheet format, not as a PDF or other non-useable document form.

This request falls within the scope of Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and as such some of the information will be exempt from the Freedom of Information Act 2000, under Section 39 of the Act, but is available under EIR Act.
