I have now had the opportunity to read the Viability report as described in your response of the 09/02/2023:

"1.The latest Viability report for application HS/FA/20/970 which reverted to claiming no affordable housing is possible - this is not online This is now available online - 'Statement of Common Ground - S106 Covering Letter' dated 09/05/2022 and 'Statement of Common Ground - Viability Study' dated 09/05/2022."

The information now posted is partial and incomplete. No appendices to the documents have been posted. In order to review viability it is essential that the appendices are in the public domain.

The S106 covering letter is now posted as described. However the covering letter refers to 6 appendices. None of these have been posted or supplied.

The Viability Study dated 09/05/2022 has been posted as described. However the report has 7 appendices which have not been posted. Please provide these 7 appendices.

The Viability Statement and Covering letter, both online as part of the Statement of Common Ground, do not have the appendices attached.

It would appear this is how the applicant submitted them.
