Section 106 agreements for the site at Land Adjacent, 777 The Ridge, (East of Harrow Lane), St Leonards-on-sea

Please provide copies of the section 106 agreement for every planning application that has been made on this site since the 1st January 2017. Please include both draft copies and agreed copies.

These applications include:

HS/FA/23/00016

HS/FA/22/00906

HS/FA/20/00970

HS/OA/17/00645

Please note that there is a section 106 agreement posted against HS/FA/20/00970 that is dated the 13/07/2022. This section 106 agreement was signed and posted prior to the appeal. This agreement does not include any affordable housing.

I believe there may be an earlier section 106 agreement that was produced in 2021 and was the one considered by the planning committee on the 28/04/2021. This agreement included the full 40% affordable housing contribution that was presented to the planning committee.

I request this agreement and any other S106 agreements that may exist in either draft or signed form for application HS/FA/20/00970.
