Disability Facility Grant Land Charges

Please provide the following information under 'Information Request' in support of the Hastings Borough Council Disability Facility Grant Land Charges.

Please separate this total quantity list of numbers of disability facility grants land charges into a column for years, breaking down only those disability facility grants in each year from the inception of this fund for each subsequent year to-date, with an additional column quantity for the number of disability facility grant land charges sold to a third party, not the full title owner. Please include a separate column listing the number of original disability facility grant land charges that have been sold and the third-party owner of those disability facility grant land charges who still live in Hastings County. Please write clearly named understandable headings on these columns and rows denoting their contents so that they are not the subject of speculation. For example, your table header will look like this below, but with data where | represents a tab or all of the data should fit into an Excel-type spreadsheet more easily.

Response

Hastings Borough Council does not put a charge on a third party. The only land charge we put on is for Owner Occupiers for Disabled Facilities Grants over £5,000.
