It is also notable and a question and data processing point that you can provide by supplying suitable documents to answer as to the trigger for RIPA. We understand that evidence of a criminal prosecution is required. How is it then that you can come to a decision in regard to using RIPA when there is no information when a criminal prosecution is tangible, or not, at the inception of surveillance being placed with proportionality?
