Parking Permits

I was wondering if it is possible to get the following information:

1. How many parking permit zones/areas do you have in your council area for 2023?

2. How many parking permit zones/areas did you have in your council area in 2013?

3. How much do your parking permits costs annually in 2023?

4. How much did your parking permits costs annually in 2013?

On-street parking is enforced by East Sussex County Council, please visit their website for further information:

Hastings Borough Council enforces off-street (car parks) only.

Season ticket and Permit information including the car parks they cover and the current charges can be found on our web site:

The following car parks have been added since 2013:

- 2014 Russell Street Parking Place Order

- 2017 Grosvenor Gardens Parking Place Order

Cornwallis Street Car Park is now closed

The only information we hold for season ticket and permit charges that came into effect from 1 April 2013 are as follows:

Season tickets:

- Annual £640

- Quarterly £185

- Monthly £67

- Weekly £23

Priory Street M/S restricted zone permits:

- Annual £415

- Quarterly £125

- Monthly £41

Priory Street M/S reserved bay permits:

Annual £825

High Street, The Bourne, and Grand Parade Residents permits:

Annual £330

Quarterly £105
