Bonuses and Redundancy Payments

Please provide the following information:

1. How many bonuses were given out to staff during the 2022 calendar year? Please include the monetary value of the bonus and also the format of the bonus (for example, was it a gift card, voucher, cash bonus).

2. Any redundancy payments made to employees leaving in 2022. If any were made, please provide information on the total amount of each payment.

Response

1. Hastings Borough Council staff do not receive bonuses.

2. in the calendar year for 2022 there were 4 redundancy payments OF £9,483.81, £1,517.20, £10,725.30, and £11,794.50.
