I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please could I receive:

1. How many reports regarding the sale of illicit tobacco specifically in convenience stores were made to Trading Standards between January 2020 to December 2020?

2. How many of those reports made in the time period above resulted in a seizure?

3. Of those seizures made above, how many stores were closed either permanently, or temporarily as a result?

4. How many reports regarding the sale of illicit tobacco specifically in convenience stores were made to Trading Standards between January 2021 to December 2021?

5. How many of those reports made in the time period above resulted in a seizure?

6. Of those seizures made above, how many stores were closed either permanently, or temporarily as a result?

7. How many reports regarding the sale of illicit tobacco specifically in convenience stores were made to Trading Standards (so far) between January 2022 to November 2022?

8. How many of those reports made in the time period above resulted in a seizure?

9. Of those seizures made above, how many stores were closed either permanently, or temporarily as a result?
