The Deed of Compromise dated 9th May 1947 between:

(1) County Borough of Hastings

(2) G. H. Simmons and G. Burr

(3) Hastings Fishermen's Society and E. R. Adams and R. E. Mitchell

To include colour copies of Map No1 and Map No 2 annexed to the Deed of Compromise.
