In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.

Part A

Please could I have details of:

1. The number of children classified as children in need by your local authority between 1 January 2018 to 26 August 2022. Please could this be broken down by year (for 2022, please include the year up to 26 August 2022).

2. The number of children classified as children in need during this period who died.

Please could this be broken down by:

a. The date (day, month, year)

b. Cause of death

c. Age of the child

Part B

1. The number of children subject to a child protection plan by your local authority between 1 January 2018 to 26 August 2022. Please could this be broken down by year (for 2022, please include the year up to 26 August 2022).

2. The number of children subject to a child protection plan during this period who died.

Please could this be broken down by:

a. The date (day, month, year)

b. Cause of death

c. Age of the child
