This is an information request relating to prompt payments.

Please include the information for the 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 financial years, broken down by quarter:

1. The number of invoices not paid within statutory deadlines.

2. The amount of interest accrued as a result of late payments which the council is liable for.

Response

1. Information not held - late payment of invoices is not recorded.

2. Hastings Borough Council has no record of fines in such circumstances, nor paid out interest for late payments.
