Q3 - Hastings Borough Council are unable to answer this question as we do not hold information in the required format in order get the information required for the breakdown. However, we can provide the following information:
Number of households presenting due to having rent arrears is available on .gov.uk website at https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/live-tables-on-homelessness . please look at the Detailed local authority-level tables (for number of household presenting with rent arrears, please look at Table Nos. A2P and A2R)
Number of loans given to households for 'Landlord incentives to access the private rented sector (rent in advance and deposits); clearing rent arrears (private and social rented housing)': Total of 60 loans given (total £60,055.76), of which: (a) Households in rent arrears = £4,969.06 (b) Households at risk of eviction for other reasons = £23,181.80
