Empty Council Properties

I wanted to know how many empty council properties there are/have been recently.

Can you let me know the following?

How many domestic/residential empty properties you have had every month for the financial year 2020-21, and from the start of financial year 2021 to 31 December 2021?

Hastings Borough Council does not have any housing stock, this was transferred to 1066 Housing Association in 1996 as part of a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT).

Hastings Borough Council has purchased 4 units of residential accommodation:

3 units on the 27/01/21 that required works which took several months to bring them up to letting standard and these were let out on 24/08/21, 29/09/21 and 25/10/21.

1 unit purchased on 30/06/2021, again required works to bring the property up to a letting standard which was let out on 11/11/2021.
