In a standard month, how many times a month are:

1. recycling bins collected?

2. domestic refuse bins collected?

Response

Hastings Borough Council has 43,864 properties. Approximately 30,000 have fortnightly collections and the remainder have weekly collections. This is for both recycling and refuse.
