Capital Programme information

I am a researcher in the US and I would like to make a request for information regarding your capital programme for the years 2010-2021. I have been unable to find this information on your website. I'm looking for documents that include not only the money devoted to each scheme/category but detailed information regarding the specifics being funded (for example, the exact road being re-done, the community centre being renovated and so on), which are usually included in an appendix.
