What is your current budget for purchasing public EV charging points per annum? If you do not have a set yearly budget, please can you confirm how much money has been spent on purchasing EV charging points over the last 12 months?

Answer: No budget. In last 12 months we have spent: £30,901.97 + VAT

What is the cost associated with buying a single public EV charging point? If costs can vary, please share an average or typical cost if known. Please include the total, including any OLEV funding:

Answer: Costs do vary and it depends on the type of charger that is purchased. A key consideration is also the supply. EV chargers need suitable and dedicated supplies with enough capacity. If there is no supply at a site it can easily add 25K to the cost of the install. With the 30,901.97 spend we installed 14 EV chargers so the average cost would be £2,207 for each of these chargers. We already had suitable supplies for these chargers. No OLEV funding was used for these.

What is the cost associated with maintaining a single public EV charging point per annum? Please include the total, including any OLEV funding:

Answer: No information held other than annual electrical testing and host fees at approx £500 a year per unit.

How much government funding for public EV charging points have you received over the last 12 months? Please write "0" if none:

Answer: £15,000

What percentage of your annual budget for public EV charging points is funded by the government:

Answer: We do not have an annual budget but on the outlay of 30,901.97, 48% of this was funded by the government.

Answer: No specific number planned.

Answer: We don't have any specific plan in place

Are you making specific plans for the installation of rapid public EV charging points by 2025? If so, what percentage of new public charging points will be rapid? In this case, 'rapid' means 43Kw or more:

Answer: No plans or information.

Answer: No.
