I was wondering if it is possible to receive the following information through a Freedom of Information request:

1. How many local land search requests do you receive monthly for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021?

2. How many local land searches do you process each month for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021?

3. On average how long does each local land search take to complete? This could be given in days, weeks or months. Could we get the average monthly times for 2019, 2020 and 2021?

Response

1. Please see the attached table. The table shows full search requests accepted into our system each month.

2. Please see the attached table. The table shows searches sent out each month. We only hold this information from Apr 2019 onwards. This table includes all - Full Searches, LLC1s only and Con29s only.
