This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information in an electronic format:

A month-to-month breakdown of the number of successful adoptions that have happened through your council starting from January 2018 - April 2021? By successful adoptions, I mean prospective adoptive parent(s) becoming the legal guardian of a child.

Could you also provide an ethnic breakdown of the successfully adopted children, by month, starting from January 2018 - April 2021?
