Positive COVID-19 case prior to 23/3/20

I Wonder if you can help me. I have 2 shops in St Leonards and are currently pursuing a Business Interruption Insurance claim for closure of my shops due to COVID-19.

The Insurance Company however have requested that there must be a record of one COVID-19 positive case prior to first Lockdown on 23/3/20 before they will look any further with my Claim.

Are you able to point me in the right direction as to where I may obtain this information?
