Staff shortages in Care Homes

Since January, I would like to know if any care homes (for elderly residents or children with special needs or learning difficulties) have contacted the council to say they are short-staffed, have concerns about COVID-19 or the well being of residents.

If they have contacted you, please state when the contact was made, which care home it was (if you are able to disclose this), the nature of the contact and what was done about the issue.
