Noise Induced Hearing Loss

I am writing to request an Freedom of Information request relating to all accidents reported by BT (British Telecommunications PLC) for Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) since the year 2000 which has resulted in an absence of their employees of more than three or seven working days in line with the correct accident reporting procedure for RIDDOR guidelines under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

I am also requesting a Freedom of Information request relating to all accidents reported by any other companies or individuals for accidents since the year 2000 relating to Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) which has resulted in a period of absence of more than three or seven working days under the RIDDOR guidelines in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
