Can you please inform me why Hastings Borough Council is not operating its Consultation correctly and not providing me a copy of my response to their consultation Local Plan. I attached the documents their submission system sent me online showing that I made a submission on there new consultation system on 7th September 2020. Clearly this app has not sent me an email confirmation and has not operated within the established parameters expected and shown on its pages as to what it would do. Can you please inform me if you have my submission of the 7th September 2020 at around 6:41am as part of these local plan responses.

Can you please inform me if you still have a copy of the map we sent you of a 38 acres leasehold in an estate in Ore Hastings?

Can you please provide me a copy of my submission under the Freedom of Information Act.

The 1st part of this request is for the Planning Inspectorate to reply to.

The 2nd part of this request is for Hastings Borough Council to respond and I can confirm that we do hold a copy of the plan referred to as the 38 Acre estate which was provided by your colleague sometime ago.
