I am writing to you in order to request information under the Freedom of Information Act for the purposes of aiding with the research we undertake, so as that we can assess the viability, impact and scale of planned developments in your local authority.

Below are the specifics of my request.

Please provide me with a spatially enabled file so that we are able to ingest into our GIS systems, these could be produced as one of, but not limited to the following formats:

- Shapefile

- GeoPackage

- Web Service URL

This should contain the geometry and attributes used by your planning department to produce your Local Authority's Planning Policy Map.

I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request, and I look forward to your response within 20 working days.
