Officers report on planning application HS/CD/18/00197

Responded Tue 23 June 2020I require a copy of the planning officers delegated report on application HS/CD/18/00197 and the name of the senior officer who signed it off.
Response
Condition discharge applications do not require a report to be written.
This was signed off by a senior planning officer who no longer works for Hastings Borough Council.
Officers below Director/Assistant Director level are exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 'personal data', this is an absolute exemption therefore we are unable to provide the name of the senior planning officer who signed this off.
