I would like to request the details of all loans borrowed by Hastings Borough Council from other local authorities between 01.01.2018 and 30.04.2020, as well as all instances of Hastings Borough Council lending money to other local authorities between 01.01.2018 and 30.04.2020.

I would like the details of all loans borrowed by Hastings Borough Council from other local authorities sorted into a table containing the following:

1. The local authority which lent money to Hastings Borough Council

2. The initial amount of money receive in the loan

3. The amount that remains to be paid

4. The interest rate to pay on the loan

5. The date the loan was agreed

6. The date on which the loan is set to send

7. The length of the loan in days

8. A brief summary of the purpose of the loan

9. The platform used during the borrowing process, if any

I would like the details of all loans lent by Hastings Borough Council to other local authorities sorted into a table containing the following:

1. The local authority which borrowed money from Hastings Borough Council

2. The initial amount of money given

3. The amount that remains to be paid

4. The interest rate of the loan

5. The date the loan was agreed

6. The date on which the loan is set to end

7. The length of the loan in days

8. The source from which the money was lent

9. The platform used during the lending process, if any
