Casework by Councillors

Please advise the number of pieces of "casework" raised by each councillor with the authority since May 3rd 2019 - as a list with the number of queries each councillor has logged. Please include all queries officially logged by each councillor - whether on behalf of a resident or where the councillor has raised the query on his or her own account.(Often these are known as "member enquiries").
I presume that your councillors sometimes log queries with your council officers and that there is a system to keep a record of these queries. I seek to know the number of the queries for each councillor since May 3rd last year.
Councillors do not use a formal casework system to manage their caseload.
