Response
1. Information not held for those tenants who were placed in emergency accommodation.
The tenants that our Social Lettings Agency manage are:
2015/16 = 5
2016/17 = 10
2017/18 = 7
2018/19 = 3
2019/20 = 3
2.
2015/16 = 0
2016/17 = £5288.76
2017/18 = £15285.71
2018/19 = £7250.02
2019/20 = £1,509.40
3.
2015/16 = 0
2016/17 = 0
2017/18 = 4
2018/19 = 1
2019/20 = 0
4. See Q2 above
1. Social Lettings sends out arrears letters and agrees with the tenant a payment plan.
2. Universal Credit was rolled out in our area on 16th December 2016. Government changed regulations in April 2018 so those placed in temporary accommodation now claim housing benefit instead of Universal Credit.
