Fines - Tree Protection Orders

Please can you give me the details of the fines collected by the Planning Department for the last five years concerning trees with Tree Protection Orders that have been removed without permission. We are compiling a report to show Hastings Council is maintaining the Environment for wildlife conservation.  If you have to go back further for details that is acceptable.
