Sizes of area in hectares taken up by Borough of Hastings 1998, 2005, 2014, 2019

Responded Thu 19 December 2019I understand that the council conducted Local Plan/Development Plans 1998 , 2005, 2014 and 2019.
I hold maps for boundaries Borough Plan area 1985 , DF Powell Rother District Council, 2005 Development Plan and 2014 Development Plan but can find no detail on any of these documents which shows the entire area taken up by the borough in hectares. As this would be a statistical requirement for these plans i would be grateful if you could provide this information to me for my reports?
Response
The adoption dates for the last 4 Borough Plans are 2014 (Planning Strategy with part 2 of the Plan - the Development Management Plan being adopted in 2015); 2006; 1993 and 1986. The 2014 Plan is viewable on line at: http://www.planvu.co.uk/hbc2015/contents_written.htm
Paper copies of the earlier plans are available on request in the Library, Claremont, Hastings. These documents are reference only, and cannot be removed. We are not aware that "is a statistical requirement" for these plans to contain information on the size in hectares, of Hastings Borough.
Whilst we can confirm that the size of Hastings Borough in not set out in the 2014 plan, the earlier plans are publically available and it is therefore possible to check whether or not they contain this particular statistic.
