FOI request (FOIR-133421708)

I asked you Can you please inform me if this registered plan root title HT19994 (of title ESX200965) dated 19th Jan 1957 is held? Can you please inform me if this is exactly same land plan parcel as is now held under (ESX200965) ?

If this parcel of land is under Hastings Ownership can you please explain why this information cannot be given as you must be aware what parcels of land your estates department has transferred from this title ESX200965 and to whom it was transferred and at what date . If you can not provide and answer to my emboldened question? Would you then provide this list of transfers out from this title ESX200965 and provide further details of any payments for transfers you have received in recompense for said transfers along with date of receipt. Can you also provide details under whose authority these parcels would have been  sold?

Can you please additional explain to me what constitutes legal ownership of property by the council in rights to selling land and what restrictions easements have to be abide by if any now are enforceable?
