Responded Fri 12 July 2019Under the Freedom of Information Act, please could I have a copy of any internal guidance document that you have for council officers on how to draft responses to complaints. Your organisation may have a procedure for handling complaints that council officers use.

Hastings Borough Council holds no internal guidance relating to responding to complaints.
The only information relating to complaints is our Customer Complaints Policy which is available on our website: https://www.hastings.gov.uk/my_council/complaints/
