Bating Pool Site Slipway

Responded Mon 18 March 2019At the Cabinet meeting on 4 March Peter Grace referred to advice received from "experts" that a slipway proposal for the former bathing pool site could now be regarded as viable. I should be grateful to receive a copy of the report to which he was presumably referring and, if a formal report does not exist, of any relevant email, meeting note or telephone note where that view is set out. I am happy that any purely commercial data can be redacted.
Response
A slipway was included within preliminary proposals. The advice referred to at the Cabinet meeting followed from a meeting with the preferred developer who had advised that they had taken expert advice on this. The Council has no written evidence to support this.
